INTRODUCTION

At present, in the power system, the ground resistance of the earth net mainly uses the method of power frequency with high current. In order to prevent the frequency interference generated by the operation of the power grid and improve the accuracy of the test results, the test procedure stipulates that the test current of the power-frequency-high current method shall not be less than 30A. Therefore, such test equipment is cumbersome, the test process is complex, the test time is long and many other problems.
HANDY Grounding Connection Device Parameter Tester, using a new type of variable frequency AC power supply, abandoned the traditional frequency transformer design, greatly reduced the weight of the instrument. While using digital signal processing technology, avoiding 50Hz frequency interference, so it can be measured without power failure, improve the accuracy of the test results, The complexity of the test process is greatly reduced.
